1. General Information:

By enrolling in the Airline Interview Preparation Workshop at Ambara Institute of Aviation, you agree to comply with our refund and cancellation policies outlined below.

2. Cancellation Policy:

•7 Days Prior to Workshop: Cancellations are not permitted within 7 days of the workshop start date. Participants may reschedule to another workshop date, subject to availability, if the request is made at least 7 days prior to the original workshop date.

•Rescheduling: Participants may transfer their enrollment to another workshop date with written notice at least 7 days prior to the original workshop date. Substitutions are allowed with prior written notification to Ambara Institute of Aviation at least 3 days before the workshop.

3. Refund Policy:

•Workshop Cancellation by Ambara:
If the workshop is canceled by Ambara Institute of Aviation, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop date. In case there is a cancellation from our end—which would be very rare—it would mean something is seriously wrong. Therefore, it would take us 15 days to process the refund as the cancellation itself would happen under exceptional circumstances.

•No Refunds:
Refunds are not provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop start date. Instead, participants may reschedule to a future date.
